Follow your intuition

This very simple phrase came to me naturally to express what I came to do in this life. I sense that it may resonate with many people; perhaps it's the case for you ?
The purpose is to create a vibrational bridge between the material world and the benevolent resources of the invisible world. To achieve this, one can raise their consciousness to a higher vibrational plane and allow the teachings and resources of this benevolent network to descend into their body and psyche.
Anchoring to follow one's intuition
The first thing is to take care of yourself
In order to understand one's life mission and to evolve, the first thing to do is to take care of oneself, one's physical and energetic well-being.
The body is our physical ally in the material world. It is the intelligent matrix of multidimensional DNA resources.
Our body is our vehicle for evolution
Anchoring our body in harmony with the planet
Grounding the body is necessary through the alchemy of the elements that compose us and the planet. These are the 5 elements: Air, Water, Earth, Fire, and Ether (prana).
Nourishing oneself with high prana through breath, any technique that leads to paying attention to our breathing, to becoming aware of it.
Follow your intuition
Grounding yourself with the elements of Mother Earth allows you to follow your intuition more smoothly, without mental interference. It's the inner voice you hear very subtly; it's not loud. And it always speaks to you without judgment, in a simple and pragmatic way. I find there's a misconception that the "little voice" is the ego judging? On the contrary! The voice of the ego is critical of ourselves and others and is unpleasantly loud in our heads.
For example, I go out for my lunch break and pass a restaurant; this subtle, intuitive inner voice tells me, "Go to that restaurant for lunch today." Perhaps I'll meet someone important there, or get an inspiring idea for the rest of my day.
Or perhaps I'm thinking about future vacation plans, and the name of a country I've never visited subtly pops into my mind, I don't know why. It's my intuition urging me to follow an inner impulse, even if it's unfamiliar to me! Perhaps taking this trip there will be a welcome and major change in my life.
