This website (“latisseusegalactique.fr and thegalacticweaver.com”), information, and products and services (collectively, the “Services”) are owned and operated by Caroline Pasquier (hereinafter also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and hosted on the Wix digital platform. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) define the terms and conditions under which visitors or users (collectively, the “user” or “you”) may visit or use the Site and/or the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. ACCESS AND OWNERSHIP

1.1. Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use or purchase our services.

1.2. Access to content

This site broadcasts an information blog on spirituality and esotericism and the sharing of personal experiences, and presents an offer of services and digital products relating to meditation and spiritual development, guidance and personalized support sessions (coaching) and group events.

By viewing the content made available for free, purchasing a product or service, or subscribing to a subscription or a one-time access ticket, you are granted a non-exclusive and revocable license allowing you to view and use the digital content provided on our platform. This license is strictly reserved for personal and non-commercial use.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio, images, videos, recordings, documents, and other related materials (the "Content"), is the property of Caroline Pasquier or its licensors. Ownership of the Content is not transferred to you under any circumstances.

1.4. Prohibited actions

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Content for AI training, data mining, or similar purposes without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in termination of access and legal action.

2. PURCHASE POLICY

Through our Site or Services, we allow you to book appointments to use our Services. If you book an appointment for any of our Services, you agree to arrive at the scheduled time and pay the price displayed using the agreed payment method.

Please note that we do not have a refund policy; your purchase is final. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request that we reschedule your appointment as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled time.

Before clicking on the "Booking subject to payment" button, all the Products and Services offered and the appointments you have chosen, including the total price, are displayed again in a booking summary. You can then identify and correct any input errors before definitively confirming your booking. Then, you accept these Conditions by clicking on the checkbox provided for this purpose, and thus including them in your booking request, then by clicking on the "Booking subject to payment" button you place a firm order to book the Services offered during the chosen appointment.

We will then send you an automatic email summarizing your booking request. Fees for the Services offered are due before the start of the provision of the Services. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a proposed Service at any time.

3. USER CONTENT

You may post on or through our Services text, comments, information and other materials, as applicable (collectively, “User Content”).

By posting or publishing (“Posting”) any User Content on or through the Services, you hereby grant us a limited, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, delete, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, and reproduce such User Content as part of the Services by distributing all or part of the Services in appropriate formats through media channels supported by us, except that User Content that has not been shared publicly (“Private”) will not be distributed outside of the Services.

4. MEMBER ACCOUNT

4.1. Use of the account

To access and use certain sections and features of our Site, you must first register and create an account (“Member Account”). You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Member Account.

Sharing your personal Member Account credentials with others is prohibited. We strongly encourage you to keep your login credentials secure. You will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Member Account, and any results of those activities.

You can create and access your Member Account through a dedicated webpage or by using a third-party platform such as Facebook (the “Social Network Account”). If you register through a third-party platform account, you authorize us to access certain information about you, which is stored in your Social Network Account.

4.2. Modification and deletion

We may temporarily or permanently delete or suspend your access to your Member Account without liability to protect ourselves, our Site and Services, or other users. We may do so without notice if circumstances require immediate action; in such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. In addition, we reserve the right to delete your Member Account without cause, by providing you with two months' notice via email, if we discontinue our Member Account program, or for any other reason. You may stop using your Member Account and request its deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. PERSONAL DATA

5.1. User Information

We collect and use personal information, including but not limited to your first and last name, email address, and payment information (via secure partners), to provide our services, and in accordance with the French Data Protection Act. You can consult our Privacy Policy on this subject. The user can unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter by using the integrated unsubscribe link.

5.2. Suppression

In accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, the user has the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning him/her, which he/she can exercise by sending us an email. The user can consult the site Cnil (https://www.cnil.fr) for more information on your rights.

6. DISCLAIMER

6.1. Educational objective

Our content and services are intended for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or legal advice. For any specific questions in these areas, always consult a qualified professional.

6.2. Availability of the Site

6.4. Force majeure clause

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from a cause beyond our control and/or from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1216 of the Civil Code.

7. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion. The new Terms will apply to any new use of the Service by you after their effective date.

8. LINKS TO AND FROM THE SITE

You may not establish hyperlinks to this Site without our prior written consent. The Services may include links that take you outside the Site. Unless otherwise stated, linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their contents.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
